1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by MBA Compass (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging our services, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
MBA Compass provides MBA admissions consulting services, which may include but are not limited to:

Application strategy development

Essay guidance and editing

Resume and LOR (Letter of Recommendation) guidance

Interview preparation and scholarship guidance
The core service is focused on MBA application strategy and execution.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Agreement of Fees

Fees, payment schedules, and deliverables may be agreed upon verbally or via written communication (including email or messaging platforms).

Such agreements shall be considered binding.
3.2 Nature of Fees

Fees are primarily charged for:

Strategy (planning and positioning)
-
Execution (essay development and application support)
-

Resume and LOR support are included but not separately priced components.

Interview and scholarship guidance are provided as value-added services and are not independently priced.
4. Engagement Structure

The number, frequency, and duration of calls will be mutually agreed upon during the first call.

MBA Compass maintains flexibility to:

Provide additional guidance calls where necessary
-
Address queries via messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp)
-
However:
-
MBA Compass reserves the right to limit or restructure communication if:
-
There are excessive unscheduled calls
-
There is an expectation of immediate or real-time responses beyond reasonable limits

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
5.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
If the Client chooses to discontinue services mid-engagement:

MBA Compass reserves the right to assess the work completed, time invested, and progress made

Any refund, if applicable, will be at the sole discretion of MBA Compass
5.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation
MBA Compass reserves the right to terminate the engagement in cases including, but not limited to:

Non-cooperation
-
Misrepresentation
-
Breach of these Terms
In such cases:

A partial refund may be issued, depending on the work completed
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete information
-
Adhere to timelines discussed
-
Actively participate in the application process
MBA Compass is not responsible for delays or outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.
7. No Guarantee of Admission
MBA Compass provides guidance and advisory services only.

No guarantee is made regarding:
-
Admission offers
-
Interview calls
-
Scholarships
-
All final decisions are made by the respective institutions.
8. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, templates, and content shared by MBA Compass remain the intellectual property of the Company

These may not be:

Reproduced
-
Distributed
-
Shared with third parties without written consent
-
9. Confidentiality & Privacy

MBA Compass will treat all client information as confidential

Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law
Clients acknowledge that:

Communication may take place over digital platforms (email, messaging apps), which may have inherent data risks
10. Limitation of Liability
MBA Compass shall not be liable for:

Admission outcomes
-
Decisions made by universities
-
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
11. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MBA Compass from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Misrepresentation of information

Misuse of services or materials
12. Modifications
MBA Compass reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
